Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to support the growth of the company by attracting the top talents in the global market to fulfill the business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with departments' heads and managers and Human Resources Organizational Development team to develop a job description (JD) for the new roles.
- Coordinate with OD team and Departments' managers to modify all JDs as needed and maintain them up-to-date.
- Process and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process ensuring the adherence to the recruitment policies, processes, and guidelines by all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies to support Rewaa with the recruitment needs.
- Act as the point of contact between recruitment agencies and Rewaa team to help fulfill the recruitment needs.
- Welcome the new hires, initiate and oversee the onboarding process.
- Source and screen candidates ahead of time as per the manpower planning for each department to ensure just-in-time hiring.
- Adhere to labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment KPIs and metrics are updated and is visible to all stakeholders.
- Keep track of all recruitment KPIs and metrics and apply improvements where needed to meet the targets.
- Align with the Learning and Development team to ensure all hiring managers are well trained to conduct professional interviews and provide the candidate with a professional candidate-experience.
- Manage the candidate-experience from the beginning of the journey until the end and ensure every candidate experiences a professional journey that reflects the values of Rewaa.

Work Environment:
- This is a 100% office job. The nature of the job requires continuous communications and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders.
- The job requires constant use of telephone, mobile, or headset, therefore the job holder is advised to follow health and safety measures to maintain their health.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in senior/managerial roles and international hiring.
- Experience in efficiently using an ATS to manage the recruitment process.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
