Job Description
- Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing to develop innovative noodle products.
- Design and execute experiments to test new recipes, ingredients, and processes.
- Analyze data and provide technical recommendations to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Oversee the formulation and scaling-up of prototypes for pilot and full-scale production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards throughout the development process.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in research methodologies and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in research and development, preferably within the food industry.
- Proven track record of managing R&D projects from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with experimental design and data analysis.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
