Job Description

  • Manage the executive’s personal schedule and appointments  
  • Organize meetings and   prepare necessary documents 
  • Handle correspondence and phone calls professionally .
  •  Maintain records and ensure confidentiality 
  • Support daily administrative tasks and coordination  .
  • Organize schedules and meetings.
  •  Handle emails and phone calls in English and Arabic .
  •  Prepare files and simple administrative reports 
  • Support the management team in daily tasks 
  • Coordinate between departments


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred)  .
  • 3 year of experience.
  • good knowledge of internet search and social media.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • female
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
