Job Description
Serbia is one of the largest apple producers in Southeast Europe, cultivating upward of 25,000 – 26,000 ha and yielding around 400,000 to 460,000 tons annually
Join our dedicated team during the peak apple‑harvesting season. This role involves:
Hand-picking apples based on ripeness and quality standards
Carefully sorting and placing fruit into designated containers
Transporting full containers to collection points
Assisting with orchard maintenance tasks such as debris removal and light pruning
Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and work regulations
Collaborating closely with supervisors and fellow workers to meet daily quotas
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including early mornings and occasional extended hours
Handling manual tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Training provided—no prior experience required. Ideal for individuals who are motivated, punctual, and physically prepared for outdoor fieldwork.
