Job Description
- Track and monitor ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain effective communication between team members, departments, and external partners.
- Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose practical solutions.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to performance and KPIs.
- Identify root causes of challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Attend meetings with the CEO and Board of Directors, preparing sustainability reports and presentations as needed.
Job Requirements

- Experience: Solid experience in business support, coordination, or operations.
- Proven ability to analyze data, enhance processes, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Odoo, and Outlook.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
