Job Description

Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

you will have a large degree of freedom to build contacts with new customers in GCC AREA (KSA, UAE, Bahrain, KUWAIT, Qatar, and Amman) and the responsibility for building long-term customer relationships. Reporting to the Team Leader, Sales Director, and High-Board 

The ideal candidates are responsible for the implementation of sales and account development strategies that win customers for the business and develop ongoing relationships with Prospective clients providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the following categories of work as directed:

  • To gain a technical understanding of Hive Studio services to be able to advise your customers and make presentations that persuade potential clients.
  • To search for and identify new leads through the internet, social media monitoring subscriptions, new databases, etc. in the Gulf area which may ensure that sales pipeline targets are met.
  • Organize sales visits & learn opportunities
  • Arrange and prepare customer meetings.
  • Follow up on leads generated including qualification and conversion.
  • To maintain Hive Studio long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure an understanding of their changing needs.
  • Developing and managing inside sales account plans/profiles for key accounts in association with the Director.
  • Track and manage prospects through the Hive Studio CRM database with client information and provide sales campaign information and management reports.
  • Understand the client’s business and technical needs and present these to project managers to ensure the product will satisfy the client’s needs.
  • Achieve the goal of each quarter sales
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers

  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the
  • agency.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process
  • Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities and % of Target achievement
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Job Requirements

Background and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should be well educated to Bachelor's degree level or have relevant demonstrable experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years inside sales or business development experience with an Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Skills:

  • Up-to-date experience working with all Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of CRM databases and their application with prompt and accurate data entry skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Experienced in outbound calling and lead generation, will be at ease in establishing initial contact with prospects by telephone or mail with a targeted plan of action and be able to build rapport within a very short timeframe
  • Knowledge or experience in marketing sales.
  • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate with a genuine hunger for success and target driven.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
