Job Description
- The Finance Manager will lead and manage the Finance function within the hospital.
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with Hospital’s strategic plan.
- Responsible of planning cash management strategies.
- Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports
- Manage the preparation of annual/quarterly financial budgets
- Ensure that effective budget monitoring procedures are in place across the hospital
- Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns
- Support the CFO in maintaining relationship with external stakeholders
- Keep up to date on management accounting issues particularly in the sector and make recommendations on developments relevant to the hospital
- Provide advice and support in relation to contracting and procurement – particularly where external organizations are involved and when bidding for a new contract
Job Requirements
