Job Description
•Provides data consolidation and analytical support to the Africa Middle East Marketing Controlling business partners.
• Monthly and quarterly closing activities for 9 affiliates across Africa Middle East – for marketing controlling spends.
• Work closely with Marketing controlling business partners, during forecasts, to –
o Prepare and circulate input files to marketing teams.
o Closely follow up to ensure inputs arrive as per deadlines.
o Input data into central planning system as per the inputs received and approved by marketing controlling business partners.
• Prepare and update monthly trackers for actual marketing spends vs budged marketing spends.
Job Requirements
•Graduation in any discipline from an accredited university.
•Post -graduation (CA, CPA, CMA) would be a plus.
•Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling and planning in Multinational FMCG environment.
•Must have handled large amount of data inputs and analytics .
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Expert in MS Office applications specially (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI would be preferred.
•Strong & structured problem-solving skills.
• Analytical & detailed eye on details.
• Proactive attitude & self-motivated.
•Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
