- Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan
- Internal communications managers use their planning, writing and editing skills to create materials and organize events for the employees of the company.
- Develop content that informs employees about the objectives and policies of the company and the measures it is taking to ensure its path of growth.

- Provides professional guidance for program initiatives
- Validate what is in place to wellbeing industry best practices and research
- Manage and adapt Wellbeing & Resiliency Program to local needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, with BPO / Operations experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Organized and creative
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
