Job Description
- Identifies Project timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project.
- Directing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Overseeing several projects at the same time.
- Reporting regularly on progress to the senior management.
- Developing project method of statement and work plan.
- Monitoring project overall performance.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Manage the cost analysis and cost control of the project activities.
- Determine risk management options.
- Determine quality standards required for project deliverables.
- Plan and manage project closure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10:15 Years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience of construction field.
- Experience in large scale projects.
- Leadership, Time management, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
