Job Description
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and prioritize potential clients and market segments for digital marketing services.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and digital marketing needs. Provide strategic recommendations and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, including digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets, to prospective clients. Also collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with clients. Ensure contract terms are favorable while aligning with the organization's goals and profitability.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Analyze market insights and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, and analytics to develop comprehensive digital marketing solutions. Ensure effective communication and seamless execution of projects.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, new client acquisitions, and conversion rates. Provide regular forecasts, market insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or business development are a plus.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies. Familiarity with various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Business Development Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry. Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
