Job Description
- Studying and reviewing the construction documents and designs issued by the Design Consulting Office including the drawings and the technical specifications before issuing them to the site.
- Ability to coordinate all design trades (Arch., Str, MEP) to ensure that they are coordinated.
- Issuing the final documents after avoiding the notes.
- Coordination with the design consultant in approving any engineering proposals to reduce the value of the implementation cost.
- Confirm and carry out all engineering value work without prejudice to the standard specifications and the Egyptian law.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 10 years of experience in the same position.
