Job Description
- Build the export strategy, upon the company objectives.
- Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners
- Designing and implementing a strategic Export sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.
- Plan, manage, and review the monthly sales achievements and ensure that areas of concern are identified and recovered in a timely manner.
- Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising.
- Manage and follow up on the status of the collection and ensure that the balance between credit and collections is achieved within the company standards and policies.
- Identify relevant international exhibitions, study the benefits of participating or attending these and make recommendations to enable management to make the appropriate decision to attend.
- Obtain information relevant to international markets to establish a database of potential customers in target markets.
Job Requirements
- FMCG experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Export cycle.
- Intensive knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance.
- Strong leadership and Managerial skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
