Job Description
- Assists Marketing Director in planning events and activation year-round to adhere to overall marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Continuously thinks and presents out-of-the-box, progressive ideas to help re-position Al Marasem on a new strategy.
- Always pitches 2-3 agencies on Big events and gets competitive quotations.
- Always manages agencies on CPS - Sample approvals, Deliverable quality installation, and implementations.
- Always on the ground attending to events as they happen.
- Always collaborates with the brand and digital teams on projects.
- Processes quotations, invoices, and payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Work experience as an Event Specialist, Event Manager, or a similar role.
- Preferably event agency background as a first priority.
- A proven record in organizing events will be an advantage.
- Amazing ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work for long working hours.
- Demonstrate phenomenal leadership skills.
- Strong experience in managing resources as well as budget efficiency.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Strong work ethic.
- A keen eye for detail.
