Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:

  • Prepare, manage, and organize all company-related documents (contracts, shipping documents, reports, and internal records).
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for logistics and procurement activities.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) and ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing documents related to logistics and transportation.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, materials, and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
  • Support the planning and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Track vendor performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or documentation.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations, and any relevant documentation activities.
  • Identify potential process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Minimum of [1] years of experience in logistics, documentation management, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
