Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:
- Prepare, manage, and organize all company-related documents (contracts, shipping documents, reports, and internal records).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for logistics and procurement activities.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) and ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
- Review and verify the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing documents related to logistics and transportation.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, materials, and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
- Support the planning and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Vendor Management:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track vendor performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or documentation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations, and any relevant documentation activities.
- Identify potential process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
