Job Description
- Troubleshoot, Configure IT infrastructure issues related to devices and related systems.
- Install operating systems ,applications and configure client applications
- CCTV installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
- Setup IT offices including IT Rack , Patch panel , Termination ,Patching cables, UPS, and other peripherals.
- Printer , and scanner installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
- Software installation.
- Email monitoring and support using Office 365, Outlook, and related software.
- Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
