Job Description

  • Provide technical support for all Fawry products in both staging and production environments.
  • Provide operations support coverage, work with incident management and other support teams to address tickets/issues on time.
  • Provide assistance to internal teams for banking products and E-wallets.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably males
  • Excellent knowledge of DBMS is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of XML and web services is a must.
  • Experience & understanding of Web and Mobile applications development.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of SOAP-UI.
  • Familiar with Testing and UATing.
  • Excellent knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting skills
  • Has experience engaging in discussions about technical subjects and confidently delivering technical presentations to a wide array of audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Proven experience working in a high-pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources.
  • Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
