Job Description:



As a Customer Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities encompass leading the acquisition team, managing various channels within the team, and proactively seeking new opportunities. You will play a crucial role in developing relevant strategies and marketing plans and translating them into actionable directives for channel owners. Additionally, you'll monitor results and performances closely, always on the lookout for opportunities to drive continuous improvement and foster growth within our organization.
Work Location: Dubai - The applicant must be in Dubai or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:



Maximize Customer Acquisition:



Expand existing acquisition channels and develop new ones
Optimize conversion funnels to increase user sign-ups and activations
Analyze user behavior and data to identify bottlenecks in the user journey

Develop and implement an acquisition strategy:



Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Formulate a strategy targeting key personas and achieving business goals
Implement and optimize the current acquisition strategy
Coordinate closely with the customer success team to ensure alignment between product and acquisition

Build and optimize an acquisition team:



Design a team structure tailored to acquisition goals
Hire and integrate the needed resources

Messaging



Develop strategic messaging and visual communication standards, ensuring they are tailored and targeted for the audience we want to attract.

Manage acquisition budget and spending:



Allocate resources efficiently across acquisition channels
Monitor spending and adjust budget based on channel performance
Regularly analyze financial performance for optimized fund allocation

Analytics and Reporting:



Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to the team on growth initiatives' progress.

Cross-functional Collaboration:



Collaborate with retention, marketing, product development, sales, and customer support teams to align growth strategies with product objectives.

Qualifications:



A proven track record of driving user growth and revenue in a SaaS or tech startup environment is a must.
Data-driven decision making
Experience working in an agile environment and ability to effectively communicate cross-functional requirements
Strong understanding of marketing principles, with a passion for growth and innovation.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to experiment.
Self-driven and experienced in taking ownership of leading a team
Familiarity with payroll software or HR-related industries in the US is a plus.
