Job Description

  • Develop and present medical tourism packages
  • Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers and other medical facilities
  • Provide customer service and support to patients throughout the medical tourism process
  • Market and promote and sell products/medical tourism services using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients and partners
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Team Leader 
  • Track and analyze sales data
  • Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data, Provide prices and detailed information about the service
  • After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and data (Leads, Clients) status depending on the interactions.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • C1 Fluent English Speakers, B2-C1 Fluent Languages Speakers (French, Italian, German)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA
