Job Description
- Develop and present medical tourism packages
- Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers and other medical facilities
- Provide customer service and support to patients throughout the medical tourism process
- Market and promote and sell products/medical tourism services using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients and partners
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Team Leader
- Track and analyze sales data
- Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data, Provide prices and detailed information about the service
- After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and data (Leads, Clients) status depending on the interactions.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- C1 Fluent English Speakers, B2-C1 Fluent Languages Speakers (French, Italian, German)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA
