- Assist the Head of Marketing Segments in putting the right segment strategy to grow our revenue share and market share across the employment market in Egypt.
- Own the segment marketing Go-To-Market plan for all the propositions and campaigns for one or more of our customer segments.
- Develop innovative segmentation techniques and demand generation campaigns that aim to increase new acquisitions, retention and loyalty.
- Develop segment marketing execution plans to communicate and showcase different features through campaigns and ensure efficient alignment with the concerned business lines.
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop segment positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Own programs efficiency and effectiveness in terms of engagements, conversion to opportunities from lead/contact, and contribution to pipeline revenue.
- Own measuring campaign’s progress by collaborating with the marketing insights team on building new reports or leveraging existing ones to ensure continuous tracking of KPIs.
- Control the brand/segment presence and ensure consistency of the brand guidelines across all the channels.
- Own the revenue and profitability KPIs for the designated segments
- Coordinate with the Marketing Communications team to launch marketing campaigns using different channels like emails, blog, social media and webinars/seminars.
- Design, budget for, and own campaigns execution as well as ensure maximizing ROI across every marketing initiative /campaign you lead.
- Ensure segment customer journey and all communication touchpoints are aligned to segment strategy goals.
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to research competitor offerings and react when appropriate.
- Use data and analytics to draw insights & continually optimize demand generation campaigns and inform internal stakeholders of performance.
- Gain insight on segment behavior, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups, research, and sales data.
- Report for the revenue target for the designated segments through working with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams.
