Reservation Agent

We are seeking a personable and organized Reservation Agent to join our team at the Pro Shop of our golf club. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing tee time bookings, assisting members and guests with reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our golfers from the moment they book to the time they step onto the course.

• Manage Tee Time Reservations: Schedule, confirm, and adjust tee times for members, guests, and groups, coordinating efficiently to maintain course flow and club policies.
• Golf-Focused Customer Service: Greet golfers in person, over the phone, and by email, offering knowledgeable assistance about tee times, course conditions, club amenities, and upcoming tournaments.
• Pro Shop Support: Assist with Pro Shop duties, including processing retail purchases, restocking inventory, and ensuring the shop is well-organized and inviting for golfers.
• Membership Assistance: Engage with members, offering guidance on club benefits, golf events, and Pro Shop products that enhance their experience.
