Job Description
- Prepare and adhere to Marketing budgets.
- Achieve the conversion rate from total leads through various digital marketing platforms.
- Achieve the success rate of planned marketing campaigns.
- Achieve the planned customer traffic through all digital channels.
- Send all reports required by the manager accurately and within the required time frames.
- Constant monitoring of advertisements.
- Follow up on all marketing channels.
- Launch and optimize lead generation campaigns, email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Assisting in the websites dashboard and social media and the following up with
- platforms on promote action.
- Analyzing market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business
- development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Plan digital marketing and branding objectives.
- Creating social media campaigns including content, management, and analytics.
- Promoting content management on social channels, by using content strategy best practices.
- Develop strategy to drive online traffic to the company website , by applying a
- Variety of techniques including and not limited to (Promoted Ads, SMO, SEO etc..)
- Creating a line of communication with customer service and sales teams for new campaign update.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in real estate as Media buyer is must
- Experience in campaigns in New capital preferred
- Digital Marketing diploma certificate.
- Experience with a proven successful marketing campaign.
- Experience in Social Media platforms, SMO, Facebook Ads, and Whatsapp.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
