Job Description

For a newly launched tech startup serving the healthcare, we’re looking for a resourceful & visionary candidate with a strong background in sales & marketing for a startup serving the global medical field, to build marketing strategies & sales pipeline.
 

  1. Strategic responsibilities
    1. Develop, monitor & adjust the startup marketing plans & strategies.
    2. Develop, monitor & adjust the startup inbound & outbound sales strategies & sales funnel.
    3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    5. Budgeting of all business development activities.
    6. Creating of all sales SOPs.
    7. Creating customer retention plans.
    8. Creating training & development plans for the sales force.
    9. Generate data analysis engines with the help of the software development team, to use in finding better business opportunities all the time.
    10. Work closely with Senior Management, will be responsible for the delivery of sales KPIs targets through planning and managing all inbound & outbound sales activities to meet agreed-upon sales targets.
  2. Execution responsibilities
    1. Implementing marketing plans with the help of the marketing team.
    2. Implementing inbound & outbound sales action plans.
    3. Hiring, training & developing of the startup sales force.
    4. Leadership and management of the sales team members to achieve the required sales target for all brands from different clients and regions.
    5. Regular meetings with the key current or potential customers.
    6. Monitoring & reporting all sales & marketing activities to the senior management.
    7. Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
    8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven 6+ years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the HEALTHCARE FIELD.
  2. Familiarity with doctors & clinics day to day needs in North America & / or Europe is a plus.
  3. Ability to use data analysis tools & deducting insights.
  4. Proven experience with managing local & overseas sales force. 
  5. Excellent English commands.
