Job Description
For a newly launched tech startup serving the healthcare, we’re looking for a resourceful & visionary candidate with a strong background in sales & marketing for a startup serving the global medical field, to build marketing strategies & sales pipeline.
- Strategic responsibilities
- Develop, monitor & adjust the startup marketing plans & strategies.
- Develop, monitor & adjust the startup inbound & outbound sales strategies & sales funnel.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Budgeting of all business development activities.
- Creating of all sales SOPs.
- Creating customer retention plans.
- Creating training & development plans for the sales force.
- Generate data analysis engines with the help of the software development team, to use in finding better business opportunities all the time.
- Work closely with Senior Management, will be responsible for the delivery of sales KPIs targets through planning and managing all inbound & outbound sales activities to meet agreed-upon sales targets.
- Execution responsibilities
- Implementing marketing plans with the help of the marketing team.
- Implementing inbound & outbound sales action plans.
- Hiring, training & developing of the startup sales force.
- Leadership and management of the sales team members to achieve the required sales target for all brands from different clients and regions.
- Regular meetings with the key current or potential customers.
- Monitoring & reporting all sales & marketing activities to the senior management.
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Job Requirements
- Proven 6+ years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the HEALTHCARE FIELD.
- Familiarity with doctors & clinics day to day needs in North America & / or Europe is a plus.
- Ability to use data analysis tools & deducting insights.
- Proven experience with managing local & overseas sales force.
- Excellent English commands.
