Job Description

The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and providing financial advice to management. The Financial Manager must also ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Specific duties of a Financial Manager in a real estate development company include:
• Developing and implementing financial strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives
• Managing budgets for projects, departments, or the entire organization
• Monitoring cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential risks
• Developing cost-saving initiatives
• Assisting with tax preparation and filing
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing financial advice to management on investment decisions, capital expenditures, and other matters related to the organization’s finances
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting.
2. Experience not less than 15 year, included min. 5 years in a Real estate Developments companies is must.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of financial software programs ( ERP System )
8. Understanding of investment strategies and portfolio management techniques.
9. Ability to develop financial strategies and plans for the organization's long-term goals and objectives
