Job Description
Recruitment
- Handles the PWD recruitment process end to end
- Develop different Phone interview scripts for different positions
- Develop different models of interviews , Assessment tests and assignments for different positions
- Develop and maintain model answers , templates and grading system for assessment tests and assignments
- Communicates Interviews feedback, assessments results and shortlists to clients
- Draft recruitment-related reports (time per hire – hiring quality)
- Ensure Communicating employer benefits , policies and all relevant information during screening process
- Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees
- Handle the job analysis process end to end
Account Management
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and make relevant recommendations
- Performing reference and background checks
- Develop and Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Draft and submit timely reports on employment activity
- Handles the partner's communication process through different channels
- Manage accounts through Constant follow up, sending updates and reporting on existing projects
- Set interview meeting dates with the clients regarding PWD
- Advise clients regarding accommodations for PWD(Assistive tools)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- At least 1- 3 years in relevant experience.
- Excellent English
