Job Description
- Contacting and finding new clients in need of consultancy service through calls, advertising, presentations and emails.
- Determining clients’ needs and preferences and their financial concerns to propose solutions that suit them best.
- Closing new business deals.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position as a team leader (previous experience in selling units in compounds is a must).
- Previous experience in selling units in class A compounds (not retail real estate).
- Experience in brokerage primary not resale
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue target.
- Proven experience in property management or real estate.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Very Good Command of English Language.
