Job Description
Receipt of annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan (updated monthly)
Analyze the plan to find out the required needs of raw materials and place them on production machines (working days and required shifts)
Request packing materials and premixes from the Purchasing Department
Follow-up of the movement of the store from exchange, addition and follow-up of supplies
Issuing work orders necessary to achieve the plan for production management and following up the implementation of previous work orders.
Follow up the implementation of the sales plan
Send a report of deficiencies of raw materials and packaging
Make any reports requested by the management (annual plan, plan investigator, issued work orders)
Job Requirements
BSC. degree in accounting, administration, supply chain
minimum of 7 years of experience, 3 of them in planning
Experience in FMCG and food industry is a must
Good using of ERP system
Microsoft excel using
Very good communication skills
Very good negotiation skills
