About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior FF&E Specialist to lead the selection, sourcing, and delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for high-end architectural and interior design projects. You will work closely with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead FF&E material selection, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
Prepare FF&E datasheets, furniture bills of quantities, and design briefs.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
Ensure all FF&E aligns with architectural and interior design concepts.
Develop mood boards, presentations, and concept design documentation.
Review and approve technical shop drawings for FF&E items.
Maintain and update the FF&E library, samples, and supplier database.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Interior Design, or related field.
5–10 years of professional experience in FF&E, interior design, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign; working knowledge of 3ds Max.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication, client-facing, and teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
