Job Description
- Participates in the detailed planning of the area and determines the specifications of the infrastructure for its projects.
- prepares a brochure of conditions and specifications necessary for the implementation of the development operations of the region and unloads it to determine the best applicants.
- reviews the basic designs submitted by the contracting companies for their projects and studies their suitability to the nature of the region.
- Coordinates between the various projects implemented by the beauty company and under tight control to schedule the implementation of projects and quality control to ensure that the projects are delivered on their contracted dates and fulfill the obligations of the beauty company towards the companies contracting with camels.
- works on reducing spending and implementation costs, tightening control over spending operations, sticking to work within the budget limits, within the budget limits set for each project, and not exceeding them, and maximizing the profit margin of the beauty company in each project without sacrificing the quality of the work provided and preserving the company’s reputation with investors.
- reviews the overall and detailed plans for the implementation of projects and approves them, raises more than his powers for approval by the vice-chairman of the board of directors, follows up on their implementation, and submits periodic reports on implementation situations and obstacles.
- directs (managers/engineers) of the projects and the Director of Engineering Affairs who are affiliated with him in technical issues facing implementation and gives the specialized technical opinion for their files.
- supervises the work of Al-Jammal Contracting Company and ensures its compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Participates in the preparation and drafting of contracts for the El-Gamal Company for General Contracting executing the area's processing operations.
- Supervising the inspection and receiving works for the completed phases of the projects being implemented through the El-Gamal Company and ensuring its commitment to implementing the works assigned to it, including the extension of water, electricity, roads, communications, sanitary and industrial sewage networks within the region, following the approved quality terms and specifications, the terms of the contract.
- Ensures the application of the instructions on industrial security, safety, and occupational health in the various work sites.
- reviews the extracts and receivables of the beauty company, ensures their conformity with the contracts and supply orders, approves them within the limits of the powers granted to him, and submits more than them for approval from the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Investments and Projects according to the approved table of powers.
- Ensures that investors comply with the established specifications.
- works to solve the obstacles that hinder the implementation process.
- prepares reports evaluating the performance of his employees and submits them for approval by the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
- approves vacations and additional working hours for his employees within the limits of the powers vested in him.
- approves the administration’s expenses in determining the powers conferred upon him, and raises the excess for approval.
- performs the tasks assigned to him that complement the duties of his job, without exceeding the powers conferred upon him.
- Suggests the region's marketing policy and publicity and advertising plans, and is responsible for the deliberate implementation of them by the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Conducts market studies and research necessary to identify projects that can be established based on the desire of customers

- Promotes the area and makes the necessary publicity for it to attract customers to set up their projects in the area and contract with them.
- Promotes the services provided by the company to projects of water and sewage networks and tunneling.

- implements the advertising plans for the company's projects and agrees with the advertising agencies to implement the approved plans and follows up on their work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / ....)
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Previous experience of not less than (15) years in management, planning, monitoring, and follow-up of the implementation of projects in fields similar to the work of Al-Jammal Contracting Company, including at least (5) years in leadership positions.
- English and a second foreign language are preferred
- Good knowledge of using computers and their applications in the field of planning, scheduling, monitoring, and following up on project implementation.
