Job Description
- Troubleshoot problems and issues, escalating issues within the organization.
- Providing clients with needed support and assisting clients with account setup and application installations.
- Ensuring optimal application functionality by configuring networks.
- Providing clients with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
- Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback on the system.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prioritizing clients queries and escalating serious technical issues to the related department.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience as a support engineer.
- Shift-based Job.
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Postman knowledge is preferred.
- Multitasking and follow up skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office (excel).
- knowledge in APIs calls (Json , XML) is a plus.
- Familiar with tracking systems & fleet management is preferred.
