Job Description

  • Troubleshoot problems and issues, escalating issues within the organization.
  • Providing clients with needed support and assisting clients with account setup and application installations.
  • Ensuring optimal application functionality by configuring networks.
  • Providing clients with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
  • Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback on the system.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prioritizing clients queries and escalating serious technical issues to the related department.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in any related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a support engineer.
  • Shift-based Job.
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Postman knowledge is preferred.
  • Multitasking and follow up skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office (excel).
  • knowledge in APIs calls (Json , XML) is a plus.
  • Familiar with tracking systems & fleet management is preferred.
