Job Description
- Prepare, submit and follow up the shop drawings, QS, and as built drawings.
- Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
- Follow up the material submittals
- Creating detailed reports and summaries of ongoing projects to keep their supervisors up-to-date. Make shop Drawings to achieve value engineering for projects
- Prepare the coordination drawings for projects.
- Participate in the implementation of technical office policies and procedures.
- Able to Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to senior & team leaders for discussion and correct resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of electrical engineering
- Experience from 5 to 8 years in the construction field.
- Mastering the executive plans (HVAC - Plumbing - fire).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Office programs.
- Mechanical calculations (static pressure - pressure losses - thermal loads - shield, drainage and feeding pipes).
