Job Description
- Arrange after-sales plan appointments and allocating it appropriately as per set timelines.
- Set time schedule for after sales department and set time schedule with clients.
- Managing the after sales team on a daily basis, to ensure that they are fully aware of their daily work schedule and that routes are cost efficient in terms of time and fuel.
- Manage information flow hub and re-plan by fitting team into their missions, making arrangements and follow up team visits as required, and ensure the filing and logging the status onto the company software is being done properly.
- Reporting non-conformance work, arranging solution, ensuring completion and record. In addition to liaise with the Service Field Manager to implement a long-term solution to minimize reoccurrence.
- Identify after-sales department projects and provide support for client problems.
- Key contributor to facilitate team visit requirement all departments as (factory, head office).
- Coordinate with clients for site visit and review the site report.
- Giving feedback for all projects status as a document to After Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- More than 5 years experience.
- Communication, presentation, influence skills.
- Very good English fluency.
- Preferably experience in relevant fields, especially switchgear panels.
