Job Description
- Assist in establishing and updating competency models and assessing employee’s competencies and gaps.
- Implement HR policies throughout the organization and submit development
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
Working hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Day off : Friday

Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of Experience in OD field
- Max age is 33 years old
- Very good English command
- HR certificate or diploma is must
