Job Description

  • Accountable for creating reporting system to the department.
  • Issuing monthly, quarterly, and annual report to the department head that covers all functions.
  • Managing the security team throughout the plant (follow up, attendance and scheduling)
  • Managing administration general services scope (Cleaning, Stationary, Cleaning equipment, etc.)
  • Managing company’s transportation (Contracts, follow up, and transportation plan)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • From 0 to 2 years of experience in the Administration, General Services, or Shared Services.
  • Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills and assertive personality.
  • Very good reporting skills and data management.
