Job Description
- Act as a single point of interface between IT and the different business lines .
- ACT as an advisor for the commercial domains.
- Lead the solution implementation technical aspects.
- Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to Head of IT Business Development in coordination with Others IT / Business stakeholders.
- Participate in building business case and RPF (Request for Proposal Process) cycle.
- Enhance the BRD (users’ requirement document) .
- Generate feasibility study for the project includes the possible solutions, cost/benefit analysis for each solution.
- Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line.
- The job holder will be expected to exercise initiative in overcoming obstacles to success.
- They will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours.
Job Requirements
- 8 years experience
- Describe Technical Skills Required
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience in related field with business back ground
- Experience in BPM,CRM,Sales ,campaign management and digital solutions
- Banking experience is a must.
- Database experience is a plus
- Development experience is a plus.
- Experience in Troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing User acceptance testing.
