Job Description

General Purpose: 

Achieve the company direction and priorities in terms of developing strategic relationship with consultants (in Security, Audio Visual, and Sound business activities in the market). Also, to deliver the necessary support to sales operations in terms of communication channel’s - with clients- to meet company goals and targets. 

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and manage to communicate all current consultants who are interested in our company fields via field visits and other channels to enhance to strengthen relationship with the company. This will support the company to retain the current clients in all country’s sectors to achievement more potential business.
  • Readiness to present and demo the necessary materials to consultants to demonstrate all company capabilities in these fields. This will enable a company to be a leader in the market and increase business opportunities.
  • Deliver the necessary technical support in terms of primary design or specifications to consultants – if needed- to help them in their studies that considering the specifications of our products.
  • Manage to increase the numbers of our consultant’s database in all sectors that extend our business opportunities and increase our market share.
  • Communicate with all kinds of concerned people in companies/ organizations/private/large accounts etc. – outside consultants- in terms of presenting or offering the necessary technical information concerning our brands/products to increase their technical awareness and strength our position in the field.
  • Readiness to support our sales operations team in their activities – if needed- to let them accomplish their efforts in the marketplace.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to submit offers in special cases to have more business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with each product manager to achieve continuous technical awareness for all our brands and has an influence on writing tender documents (to be focused on our brands).
  • Set an action plan to his / her direct reports to achieve the agreed-upon plan on regular basis, in order that he/she will track the progress in performance.
  • Review and monitor the staff performance on regular basis to ensure the plan is achieved on time.
  • Support and provide the management team with various kinds of required reports that could help and participate in reviewing the performance results on regular basis.
  • Prepare an annual appraisal report for department staff and set a developmental plan on the appraisal outcome, such as training …etc. in coordination with the HR department
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by or as mutually agreed with the top management.

Job Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering University graduate.
  • Minimum10 years experience in a similar field.
  • High engineering qualifications in light of current
  • Strong organization skills including planning.
  • Dynamic and initiative person.
  • High presentation skills
  • High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
  • Computer practicality.
  • Must be mobile; the job will involve some traveling
