Job Description
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Handling customers’ requests received from fresh running campaigns and CRM system.
- Present, promote, and sell units using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
- Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
- Prepare the needed reports assigned by managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same position and real estate background is a must.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent personal presentation, pleasant and trustworthy.
- Strong knowledge of using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM
- Must own a car.
