Job Purpose:
As part of a human resources team, you are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. These highly skilled and often equally highly educated HR professionals should have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Human Resource Background with minimum 1 year of Experience
- Certified HR from AUC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accuracy, strong memory and an eye for details.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding creative and production environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent Command of English Language
