Job Description
- Follow up the implementation of the safety management system
- Planning and implementing the safety training plan for white collars and blue collars
- Achieve the accident/incident investigation
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports
- Follow up of compliance of subcontractors to Hayat safety procedures
- Follow up of daily activities of safety specialist/safety technicians
- Prepare monthly checklists
- Raise awareness about any unsafe act- unsafe condition- non-conformity that may happen
- Follow up of PPE delivery to Hayat Employees
- Prepare and implement risk assessment for major and hazardous tasks
- Follow up achieving of annual safety goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering in relevant qualification.
- FMCG background is preferred.
- Very good English.
- Experience 5 - 7 years.
- Business Oriented.
- Professional attitude.
- Driving for results.
- High communication skills.
