Job Description
- Assist HSE manager to make HSE KPI by collecting HSE data and statistics about (near miss, unsafe action, unsafe condition, LTI).
- Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites.
- Prepare all HSE training program according to required regulations and prepare schedule of all training programs and ensure all employees receive appropriate training and participate in various committee meetings for site.
- Provide support to execution of all operation emergency response plans and manage all emergency situations and design solutions to all issues and design required business tools and execute all HSE Procedures and policies.
- Monitor all conservation and protection programs and maintain hygiene at facility at all times and prepare required status reports.
- Responsible for issuing work permits (Hot, cold, Work at height, Critical lifting operation, Journey Plan, Electrical, lockout / Tag out procedure).
- Prepare and execute all inspections for all sites and equipment’s (firefighting equipment’s, Compressor, welding and cutting machines, vehicles, lifting equipment…etc.
- Monitoring the obligation of wearing PPE.
- Introducing health and safety induction for new employees and visitors.
- Provide accurate and timely information to the HSE Manager regarding the safety status both at Head office and operational sites
- Ensure that there is free and open communication both within and across divisions and departments.
- Communicate with all other employees with respect and integrity.
- Contribute to the provision of a safe working environment by modelling and complying with appropriate safety instructions and behaviors
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of science, engineering, agriculture, pharmacy
- Years of Experience: 2:4
- Awareness of (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
- HSE specialist (NIOSH) ,OSHA , Nebosh IGC
- OSHA certificate.
- Risk assessment certificate. (Plus)
