Desing Manager(steel structures)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design process for structural steel projects from concept to completion.
• Review and approve detailed engineering drawings, shop drawings, and structural calculations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, production, project management) to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers and draftsmen.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes (e.g., AISC, BS, Eurocode) and client specifications.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and erection stages.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design-related issues.
• Participate in value engineering and design optimization initiatives.
