Job Description
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Finding clients and build consistent database through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all market and the competitive developers.
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients whenever required.
- Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels
- Communicating with CRM and inventory to prepare sales papers and payment documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English & Presentable
- 3-5 years in Sales within real estate / Development big and reputable Developers
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
- Ability to travel / accommodate at Hurghada Projects /Full Time
- Proven record of accomplishment of positive / high sales performance.
