Job Description

  • Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Finding clients and build consistent database through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. 
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
  • Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  • Maintaining an extensive database of all market and the competitive developers.
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
  • Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients whenever required. 
  • Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels
  • Communicating with CRM and inventory to prepare sales papers and payment documents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Excellent English & Presentable
  • 3-5 years in Sales within real estate / Development big and reputable Developers 
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close 
  • Ability to travel / accommodate at Hurghada Projects /Full Time
  • Proven record of accomplishment of positive / high sales performance.
