Job Description
The Egyptian Developers (TEDs) is a Cairo-based software and digital agency and an Official Odoo Partner. As we expand our design team, we’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the experience and interface design of web platforms, eCommerce stores, and business applications, from research to developer handoff.
Run discovery and UX research: stakeholder interviews, user flows, journeys, and personas.
Build wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive, bilingual interfaces in Arabic RTL and English.
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Run usability reviews and iterate on feedback.
Hand off to developers with specs, assets, and Dev Mode, and review the build for design accuracy.
Present designs and rationale to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
5+ years of professional UX/UI design.
A portfolio of shipped web or app products, with your exact role in each.
Expert in Figma: components, variants, auto layout, variables, and prototyping.
Proven experience with Arabic RTL and bilingual interfaces.
Strong UX process, from research to wireframes to testing.
Experience building or scaling a design system.
Responsive design for web and mobile.
Arabic and English communication.
Advantages: eCommerce, ERP or SaaS dashboard design; Odoo website or theme design; HTML/CSS knowledge; accessibility (WCAG); motion or micro-interactions; brand identity work.

Courses and personal concept projects don’t count as professional experience.
Engagement is per project, paid by milestone.
Must attend on-site workshops in Nasr City when needed.
Signing an NDA and an IP assignment to TEDs is required, and subcontracting is not allowed.
Selection: portfolio review, a short design case review, then an interview.
