Job Description

Our growing agency is in need of an energetic and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for companies. First and foremost, we're looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We're looking for individuals who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. 

Job description:

  • Developing, generating and growing new digital marketing business, creating innovative online marketing sales plans and exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.
  • Identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing existing client relationships to develop business opportunities. It is also to be a driving force for innovation within the agency leading the thinking, education and development of the sales function.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the agency at exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.
  • Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
  • Oversees negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contracts, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
  • Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Excel and Powerpoint.
