Taste & Wellbeing Communications Specialist for SAMEA - 1 Year open contract role (extendable)

Do you want to be a key member of our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Communications team and focus on the exciting South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (SAMEA) region while based in our regional office in Dubai? - Then this could be your future position!
We are looking for a ‘Communications Specialist’ to support the Taste & Wellbeing South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (SAMEA) Communications Head and the Management Team to engage employees on the regional strategy and raise Givaudan’s profile through external communications activities.
Based in our SAMEA regional head office in Dubai Media City, you will report to the Taste & Wellbeing SAMEA Communications Head. You will oversee a diverse range of internal and external communications initiatives across the SAMEA region, focusing on promoting food experiences as our main value proposition and supporting the leadership team in their communications efforts.
This is an open contract role with us for 1 year to start with, working 5 days a week. Your payroll will be processed by a 3rd party partner. The contract could be extended later depending on our business requirements with a potential later on to become a permanent role with us.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for -
Internal Communications:
- Converting the internal communication strategy into diverse programs to boost employee engagement, including town halls, breakfast meetings, webinars, and content creation like presentations, newsletters, videos, and success stories.
- Writing employee messages, developing presentations, using multimedia tools, and organising dialogue opportunities for the SAMEA leadership team.
Social Media and External Communications:
- Managing the day-to-day execution of the digital and external PR communications plan.
- Implementing the communications strategy for marketing initiatives across SAMEA, including social media channels, PR, content, and events.
- Crafting news releases, social media posts, and other communications.
- Coordinating media and social media monitoring.
- Working with external agencies.
Event Management (online and offline):
- Coordinating and executing events, including organising trade shows, events, and related communication activities.
- Developing social media posts for awareness and lead generation to support events and measure the success of these events, utilising the appropriate measurement tools.
- Generating event reports to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the events.
