Job Description
- Deliver high-quality technical training sessions to IT engineers on IT Pillars’ software solutions.
- Simplify and explain complex technical concepts in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
- Design, organize, and continuously update training materials and content.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to align training with business goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and software solutions relevant to our business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to deliver technical training or workshops.
- Strong facilitation and content delivery skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High English proficiency (C1 level or above).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage technical audiences.
