Job Description

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and other systems.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
  • Participate in talent management and succession planning activities to support organizational growth.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and support strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the workplace.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a MUST.
  • Residence near to the 10th of Ramadan is preferred.
  • Currently working in a Chinese company is preferred.
