Job Description
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and other systems.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
- Participate in talent management and succession planning activities to support organizational growth.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and support strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the workplace.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing environment experience is a MUST.
- Residence near to the 10th of Ramadan is preferred.
- Currently working in a Chinese company is preferred.
