Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid of Indoor and Outdoor sales, responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
Indoor Duties:
- Handle walk-in customers and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing or phone inquiries.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Prepare sales contracts, quotations, and maintain an updated customer database (CRM).
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional after-sales support.
Outdoor Duties:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct outdoor meetings with corporate clients or individual prospects to negotiate and close sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales ( any field )
Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion techniques.
Personality: Highly motivated, self-starter, and resilient with a "hunter" mindset.
Tech Skills: familiar with MS Office
Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites (Outdoor) and work from the office/showroom (Indoor).
Language: Good command of English (spoken and written).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
