Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service, maintenance, or repairs.
- Assess customer needs, accurately diagnose vehicle issues, and provide technical advice and recommendations.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service orders.
- Prepare detailed service estimates, explain repair processes, and obtain customer approvals.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs and keep customers informed about status updates.
- Ensure all service documentation, records, and invoices are accurately completed and maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and genuine spare parts to customers.
- Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to ensure availability of required components.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a service advisor or automotive engineering role.
- Proven knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and explain complex issues to customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based automotive environment.
- Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
