Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities in the stage.
- Develop academic programs.
- Monitor the progress of students.
- Administer record keeping.
- Supervise teachers, librarians, and other support staff.
- Maintain rapport with parents.
- Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards.
- Establish performance goals and objectives.
- Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
- Examine learning materials.
- Review instructional objectives and adjust accordingly.
- Meet with other administrators and parent.
- Maintain student attendance and other records.
- Answer phone calls and emails from parents and school administrators.
- Assist visitors on school campuses.
- Prepare school reports, letters and other documents.
- Record student absences and maintain records of tardiness and early dismissals. They generate reports regarding school attendance policies.
- Handle all phone calls coming into the stage.
- They converse with school officials, parents, and teachers, handle complaints, and address issues pertaining to students and school policies. They also answer emails from administrators and parents.
- Manage input of student attendance data.
- Arrange appointments, meetings and circulates agendas.
- Coordinate office services for implementing and updating.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience.
- Excellent level of English.
